We were sharing together on holiness from Romans 12:1-2 the first Sunday in September which was Father’s Day in Australia. It was a joy to fellowship more during lunch after our worship time.
Please pray for Matthew and Siobhan Taylor (children…Mariah and Abby) who are young and yet have calling and gifts to preach and lead. It is obvious when you spend any time with Matthew that he is a learner and reads constantly. With the gift of a sharp mind the Lord has already been preparing him for this adventure in ministry. Their gifts and abilities were not readily recognized and accepted among other ministries in the Broome area. We have a sense that the Lord brought us all the way to Broome to encourage and confirm His calling on these two and help support them being established for His kingdom work. (like Barnabas in Acts)
These people are precious jewels that the Spirit of God has brought to us in Broome and we are so humbled that God would reveal to us his prevenient grace already at work for years. Siobhan is also very gifted in leading and teaching and is currently doing schooling for nursing.
Please continue to pray for protection to Matthew and Siobhan against discouragement and exhaustion. Pray that the Holy Spirit will fill them to overflowing with His love, grace, and mercy. Pray that their consecration will be deep and that they will wait on the Lord for the continued transformation and empowerment for all that God might lead them to.
The small fellowship of the Broome Nazarene Gathering is being established as a few others have joined in or visited briefly.
